Hi, I'm Russell! 👋
I’m a London-based UX/UI Designer with a background in strategic client management and stakeholder communication. Before transitioning into design, I spent over ten years managing international clients across global markets, leading negotiations, building long-term relationships, and working closely with brands to understand brand alignment and positioning.
After earning a Professional Diploma in UX Design and a Professional Certificate in UI Design from the UX Design Institute, I further expanded my expertise by completing a Certificate in AI Fundamentals for UX, exploring how AI can support research, insights and digital design processes.
Choosing to transition into UX was a deliberate decision to move into a more creative industry and focus on work that has a more direct impact on people’s everyday experiences. I wanted to apply my experience in communication and strategy in a way that felt more creative, collaborative and meaningful. UX gave me the opportunity to combine those strengths with a genuine interest in problem-solving and designing experiences that people genuinely enjoy using.
I am currently open to new projects and collaborations.
